Delivery Areas
UAE Flower Shop delivers across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Certain locations may be subject to delivery restrictions or additional arrangements, including remote areas, islands, free zones, remote communities, hotels, hospitals, airports and other restricted-access locations. Delivery availability will be confirmed based on the exact delivery address provided at checkout.
Delivery Times
Standard next-day courier deliveries to Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah are scheduled between 4:00 PM–9:00 PM. Delivery timing for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman will be confirmed according to the selected delivery date and operational availability.
Same-Day Delivery
Same-day delivery is available — select "Today" at checkout — subject to delivery area, order cut-off time and operational availability. Because it's an expedited service, same-day orders are charged double the standard delivery fee for your emirate. Order cut-off times: 8:00 PM for Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and 1:00 PM for Abu Dhabi, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain. Orders placed after the applicable cut-off time may be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
Order Cut-Off
See Same-Day Delivery above for same-day order cut-off times by emirate. For standard (non-same-day) deliveries, choose any available date at checkout — there's no separate cut-off beyond selecting a valid delivery date.
Delivery Fees
Delivery is AED 35 to Dubai, Sharjah and Ajman, and AED 50 to Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah. Choosing same-day ("Today") delivery doubles the fee for your emirate, since it's an expedited service. The exact fee for your order is calculated automatically at checkout once you select your emirate and delivery date.
Weekends & Public Holidays
Delivery is available on weekends and UAE public holidays.
Large Orders
Large orders, including 1,000-flower arrangements, require at least 3 days advance notice. Please plan ahead for milestone occasions.
Recipient Information
To ensure smooth delivery, we require the recipient's name, phone number and WhatsApp number (which may be the same as their phone number) along with the full delivery address. Delivery instructions are optional but helpful.
Failed or Missed Delivery
Due to the perishable and time-sensitive nature of fresh flowers, UAE Flower Shop does not offer refunds or returns when delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable, incorrect recipient contact information or address was provided, building/security access is denied, the recipient refuses delivery, the driver cannot contact the recipient, or redelivery is required due to these circumstances.
